The story of Hacienda Taqueria & Bar is one of passion, tradition, and dedication. Founded by three entrepreneurial families from the heart of southern Jalisco, including Atemajac de Brizuela, Guadalajara, Juchitlán, and Zacoalco de Torres, our journey began over 20 years ago in Colorado Springs. Starting as servers, cooks, dishwashers, and bussers, we gained invaluable experience that inspired us to pursue our dream.
